I think if someone comes to America, they should know some of the language. Not to be proficient, but to communicate with society.
I think on the other side, Americans need to accept cultures. We all came from different countries 100 years ago, right? Be patient.
No special privilages for anyone. Learn the language. Learn to tolerate.

I am all for cutlures and diversity but I think the offical language is English and any other language you should have to push a number for.
